Ben Heaney – violin; Greig Stewart – drum

Presenting with “as best we can with no expense spared” attitude in mind; in December 2014 Greig and Ben set about to see how much of an album they could make DIY. Beginning with just violin and drum; on route, receiving help from friends and other musicians, they quickly found themselves looking at the finished product.

– from creating the original music, and through rehearsals, recording, mixing, mastering and production; then including creating art work, graphic-design, type-setting and printing to final presentation.

Simply through determined effort and self-belief but really quite unexpectedly, Greig and Ben published an album!

Initial reaction describe the results as amazing, awesome, brilliant, great and incredible. Notice being taken of the lovely combination of sounds used and new changes to the harmonic spectrum.  One going as far to classify the music as Pagan Medieval Dub…
